PGA Professional, Tiana Jones will be joining the GCJGSF Team this Saturday! She is being brought on as our Interim Program Director, while Carl Rose takes a leave of absence. She brings a lot of experience in the junior space and will be playing a major role in educating our newer golfers and parents on how to navigate the golf course. She will be introducing a program called, "Operation 36" which will give our newbies the best chance of success on the golf course.
Tiana is originally from Akron, OH, but moved to Cleveland last Fall from Texas to start her role as Director of Programming for Topgolf Cleveland. She was formerly the Director of Instruction at Cedar Crest Golf Course and Executive Director for I AM a Golfer Foundation in Texas. She is a graduate of the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. This is the only PGM program located at a Historically Black College and University. Tiana is the 7th African American female to become PGA certified!
